Mt. Disappointment, Saturday/ Napa, Sunday

I went on vacation the next day. Yippeeeeeeeeeee Sitting behind the wheel for eight hours was not such a good idea though. I have been waiting to post with pics of Mt Dis. but I have not found a one hour photo yet. Last night I went for a 6.5 mile run(51min) with a group from the naparunningcompany.com/ these folks like to boogie. I usually don't run on the road-ever! But I had a great time. I will post a race report as soon as I get some photos back.
